well, its just "outsourced". he could as well have posted the fanfic here, same difference.
so this time, "advertising" it is ok, i'd say.

As far as I know, advertising in FKL something like a fic that's in fanworks is acceptable... at least I seem to remember it being like that for the Inkslinger contest, but that may be something completely different.

But uhh... yeah as Rena said, it's not really going anywhere off the site.
