How would you being in a position of authority cause me death..?

Hmm, now that you mention it, you probably would be a horrible leader.

if I was in a position of power, I would abuse it.

There are two lists of diseases:
-Diseases that will get you elected out of pity
-Diseases that will scare people and will destroy any hope you have of becoming elected

Insomnia, besides impairing your judgement at times out of tiredness, requires sleeping pills, as Oran has made very clear. Many people, consciously or subconsciously, are not comfortable with a figure of power that relies on drugs, even though the drugs are only there for that person to remain normal, and are legal, as well as prescribed. FKL doesn't seem like the community that would make that an issue though. So, Oran for fkl president

Well, fkl may ruin your chances of becoming elected for something important anyway.

I usually kick the bucket at about 2 or 3 AM nowadays, press it to 4 or 5 if I have a day off from work.

I might have work at 10 and have to wake up at 8:30 and walk 3 miles on practically no sleep, but man, Cowboy Bebop/(most)Adult Swim doesn't exactly watch itself! That excuse sure sucks though.

Jay Leno, Conan O' Brien, Adult Swim. Channel surfing, game playing, etc. can keep me occupied and away from the rest of the world. Also it is very nice and quiet at this hour. No one to bother me or anything.

More time to get thoughts out.

I've went to work on 1 hour of sleep before. Also 6 or less quite a few times. I don't know why I keep doing it. Ugh.

My job is the only thing I do that allows me to do these things though.

My parents would kick me out if not for my job. I had a terrible time after high school just lounging about, being a nobody. Now I'm a nobody with a job. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Old habits are hard to break eh?

While I'm at it; Did you read my reply in your "I hate" rant?Just curious.

I read it, and I'm glad that people still read the imprtant parts of my incessant drivel.
I'm glad some people know what I mean.

It pays to be honest. Even while online. You don't have to open up completely like a box of chocolates or something, but some people will surely respect you for it.

I have some more opening up to do, but there's no reason to now. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Ouch. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif
So do you stay up the whole time, if possible, or try to sleep and try even harder to get up?
Ugh. Life. not enough hours in the day sometimes, eh?

Well, it's periods of trying to sleep punctuated by periods of me getting up at looking at crap on the computer. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

very well. I go to bed at between 5am and 7am everyday. I won't get tired until evening hours(7-10pm)...but when I do it's only a "nap" and I wake up in the middle of the night completely rested. If I pass up on the "nap" oportunity I won't be able to go to bed until early morning. Occasionally I can go to bed early..but this is rare.

finally someone with a sleep schedule siilar to mine.

For me it depends on what I want to do the next day (homeschooled)

But most often cases it is from waking around noon to going to sleep sometime around 3-5 am the next morning, that or I will just completely skip sleeping the next night (I often do) and proceed to go through out the next day and go to sleep around 8-9 pmish. In such cases I usually wake up sometime around 5 am and start the cycle anew.

Though sometimes it completely flipsides from one day to the next, where I sleep through the light one day, and then sleep during the night the next.

All depending on how much work I dare give myself, if I am busy during almost all the time during my wake hours, I can go for long periods of time with comparatively little rest. Yet if my body requires some sort of relaxing period, I start to notice my exaughstion much sooner.

4-9 pm and 1-3 am are hours I struggle to keep inside the conscious schedule, seeing as how thats when I'll be in contact with some of the few things that keep me sane.
