Hunters Liscence Help!

I'm trying to buy a new Hunter's Liscence. I got to the site to buy it and try to get it but it says I already have one. I try to play PSOv.2 and it says I need one. What do I do???

Make sure every iota of credit card info is correct (name spelling, billing adress (including ste/bldg/flr/apt#)) at the https://www.dricas.com/pso/signup_top.html page.

Then try the purchase2.html page.

Same thing happened to me when I renewed. Somewhere on that page there is a link that says retry, or something along those lines. Click that link, re-enter your info, and it will go through.
