Actually you lose seeing as you think the Screenshots are fake which they arent did you happen to look at the Characters name in the Screen shots notice who it is or do you have no clue who <<Snowfox>> is or what he did to PSO on Xbox Live? There is no theory about it the screenshots prove its possible yet ppl on this site have always doubted what Snowfox has done on any PSO.

Nothing was hacked, though. Just file transfering and slicing, and whatnot. Dimenians are NOT in Episode 4, so that's OBVIOUSLY not the full Ep4 gameplay. You can do this crap with Action Replay on Gamecube, so it's obvious it can be done with an imported version of Ep4 (which comes on a disk) and swap the maps with like.. Ruins or Temple.

There is no 'code' to work on. You can't access the Blue Burst servers without going through a patch server first, which has anti-cheating software, that's IF you can access it from your X-box (even with the mods).

I've never seen a 'hack' that changes where enemies are placed. This would be new, so why not show us an example with already existing materials? (Rappy in Cave, with Delsabers, too). I know this cannot be done, since you would have to also program spawn points and triggers. With what we have, it's safe to assume these photos are mere area skin swapping until further proof can show us otherwise.

Congratulations. Did you know that I could swap music files on any game I wanted as long as I used the software included in certain mods for an X-box? So why is it so cool when file swapping (which is so simple, Action Replay can do it) is used?

alright, until he can actually do any of this, he really has no room to talk what-so-ever. the maps are not skins, if they were, teh area would appear to be wrapped around the origional map's walls, just changing the spearance of the walls, not actually having a working area map, as well as being able to move around freely. so if someone were to put a halo 2 map onto halo 1, as well as the health bar, and weapon sets, would it be halo 1 still? you can come up with the rest, he also said rappies in caves isnt possible, its actually easy as fucking hell, just open the enemy file and switch the rappy information with whatever you want, itl say its name is still whatever, but it would be a rappy, or you could go into the xbe and change out the spawn point of a certain monster's coding with the one you want, teh .nj file that is. and then it would appear and the name would also be the correct thing, they need to do some research before they run their mouth about something they know absolutely NOTHING about.

there are soo many ways this could be explained, the two that come to my mind are this:

1) you have your computer hooked up to a T.V and are just making it look like its on Xbox.

2) most likely you are using a modded Xbox and turned it into a PC and put Blue Burst on it and got the Japanese version with EP 4.

It's just taking the game, putting it on your Xbox Hard drive, deleting and renaming files, opening the GSL from PSOBB, extract certian files from it, rename files on PC to ones to match Xbox, and presto.

What are the pros and cons to doing this?

These are off the top of my head(and not trying to judge, but be neutral):
To show it can be done?
To prove someone wrong?
To get back at Sega/ST?

To allow people to play PSO:BB on the XBOX?
To give them access to a new game, for an old system?
To allow people with limited funds for a suitable(or brand new) PC to play the new game?

To hoax the more gullible members?
To get attention?

I don't see any of the new features of PSO:BB being used in those screens(team functions/etc. and I do understand that those are online specific) so I don't see the point in this: Episode 4 areas to play in, running on an XBOX. Others might.

Can you shed some light on the PROS of doing this?
Its much more efficient to do so than berating everyone with put downs for not believing it at first glance. Some people will believe anything they see and some will always need more proof(video evidence, not just still pictures, etc.).

Note: Put me down and I will gladly leave the thread/topic as to me it will no longer be a discussion but a flaming(of anyone and everyone who enters) topic.

I think the sentence where you stated 'only the first week of PSO:BB and its hacked' is what set off most people. Hacking would imply getting into the Online servers/etc. and causing havoc, not simply playing Episode 4 Areas on(an) XBOX(version of PSO).

I dont really care what people think Im showing them that these things are happening yet they believe that it is hack proof when in fact nothing is hack proof. Any and every game that is released can be hacked. Believing it cant be hacked is lying to your self, any game that comes out there will be someone to exploit it and this is what some people are doing. I think that its funny that people jump on my case about posting these I really do see for one I dont care about a game that has been revamped from the original PSO that was on dreamcast before ver.2 I really dont I have a life and dont spend my life on a game all of the time I have better things to do, I post these cause someone asked me to.

I'm not trying to point faults in your (way of) thinking or how easily/or not you believe what you see.

If you do not care what we think(most see it as a hoax and not "hacking the new PSO:BB") then why do you get angry and put them down?

People see "hacking" as getting into PSO:BB's online servers and causing the old cheats to be used, or new ones to be made.

Seeing pictures of Episode 4 running on XBOX is not a 'true hack of PSO:BB' to most. Do you see what I'm saying here?

More proof IS necessary to show that PSO:BB is "hacked." Showing pictures of Episode 4 on XBOX shows that someone is playing Episode 4 on XBOX, not showing someone hacking PSO:BB the first week of release.

But then you don't care what we all think and will be either angry or just complacen/ignore everything and everything about what we're saying here. If you send what I said to "snowfox" I assume that that person will do the same.

BB is patchable.
That's one of the major differences.
And... perhaps I missed something, so feel free to correct me, but how is this hacking BB in such a way that affects those who are on the BB servers at all?
