Probably meant "Legitimately."

You don't get it from a quest or enemy's item drop.

Maybe half of all PSO players probably don't even know it exists. I know I never knew about it, until seeing pictures of it online.

Its banned for a reason.
Accept it and move on.

Note: I don't care if you use it or get it or not, it won't affect me in the slightest.I was just discussing what it is, not how it is cheating/incorrect/wrong for anyone to use it/etc./blah blah.
