I can't think of any more off the top of my head.
There was one in Megaman X5 maybe, and the others I have yet to play at all-so I wouldn't know.

There was also a girl robot in Megaman X4, and I believe the same one in X5 appears in X6.
There're at least two or three girls in the Megaman Zero games, though I've only played a bit of the first, and I'm sure there are girls here and there in the Battle Network games which I have not touched.

But the problem I have with today's youth is how the bitch and moan about how their live's suck, then they shut off their computers, put on their Hot Topic lcothes, walk out of their room, down the stairs, eat their dinner and party with their friends.
