Well i just started playing BB, and i asked a guy how many hours he had, and he asked why does it matter im not hacked... and i said "No one is hacked on this game yet" and he started calling me a noob saying that their are alot of hacks on BB... is this true??? ive never seen anyone with hacks, or hacked items or anything...

Broomop/Snowfox/Nugz have already done some hacking into the game,along with other not-so-popular hackers that keep things under wraps instead.

wait wait someone help me clear somthign up... i heard on PC pso their where legit lobbies and you couldnt bring hacks into them... please explain if true...

You maybe confusing PC PSO with Blue Burst.
Anyways, I thought the PC PSO servers were shutdown?

Whoa, i was suprised with that link that you gave, was he a famous hacker or something? im not familiar with all of that stuff. (maybe better that way) he was aggressive that was for sure........
What did he mean that he would make him 'pay'? (or is all this against forum rules to talk about it?)

Why can't they ban the hackers? i hate cheat in PSO, and now when they game is new and all that. Is the first thing to do? do get hacked items again? and can never trade items with anyone?! i HATE THIS! Sega should ban these traitors! anyone's with me?

One of the advantages of BB is that Sonic Team has the ability to be able to deal with cheaters. They seem to be taking action in this case.
Also, BB is going to be the version of the game receiving the largest number of updates from now on, even though most of it will be recycled GC/PSOX material.

It is against forum rules to rehash locked topics.
In any event, some of the people in that picture were trying to bend the rules of the game and were properly dealth with (for now...)

The official sega servers were shut down. But there are some independent servers running that do allow you to create games that won't allow hacks. Supposedly it's more safe/fun than the sega servers ever were.
Just goes to show you how lame sonic team is when it comes to network programming.

i have never heard of PC PSO before.
Then again the we (uk gamers) dont hear about half of the games that come out overseas....
could you play that offline?(u cant play BB offline?)
how long ago did it come out?

t was a JP only release. Essentially it was V2 for the PC.

I see them there almost everytime I go. I saw Sanjuro there and Snowfox so far. Snowfox had his name colored Sky blue.

yes, there are hackers out there. Get over it. There are no leaked items and they havent distributed anything. Just chill.. play the game, and enjoy it. There are no dupes or any crap like that. If the cheating gets out of hand, Sonic Team will deal with it. Its as simple as that. Got it?
If I remember correctly they said they were going to do the same with the GC. I mean I know it may change in this version but from what I saw on the GC they didn't. so don't get so sure about it yet.

Sega cannot necessarily ban people right off the bat. People claiming who and who is hacking happens everyday, and they may report that to Sega. Do you think Sega bans people with every name they get? A few people called me a cheater/hacker on Cronus for something stupid, but nothings happened to me so far. I'm sure they are investigating before they ban - because players also have their rights when they sign up...especially when they begin to pay for it.
