Very Hard and Ultimate. I don't think they would add something else.

Very highly improbable. It hasn't ever been updated. Even episode four they copied the monsters from forest...

Smarter AI is possible, though I think they would apply it to Episode 4 first. Although there are certain things that I feel have been changed already. The Wolf series never connected as much as they have now. I dodge and they compensate and hit. I've had to rework my strategy for them. If anything though, I think they just took the modified "Wolf" AI from the Gibbons and put it into Forest. Cudos for that, it makes Forest just a bit more challenging later on when the wolves will be causing Slow and Paralysis more often.

I don't feel any different in BB's AI. The enemies act just the same.

So we have:
Normal -> Hard -> ??? -> ???

I think the next mode is easy mode. I'm getting pwnz by normal boomas left and right. T.T This game is too hard.

You can ignore the fact that you can select vhard and ult when making a game because those are just for decorations. Easy mode is definitely the next one that'll be unlocked.
