Well, it downloads just fine. Then real player pops up and tries to play it but can't. Then a message pops up saying "Realplayer could not locate the specified clip". ARGH!

... Realplayer... ha ha. Try using windows media player or applequicktime. I HATE quicktime just because it takes forever and a day for it to load on this machine, but it should be able to play it easily enough.

um, how do i get it to play with windows media player? it just automatically pops up with realplayer

If you've downloaded the file, just right click on it and select the optioin Open With. A drop down menu should appear with different programs you can use to play the file. Choose Windows Media Player or something besides Real Player because Real Player sucks.
