ok, lets just keep this topic clean, k?

Nothing lewd, keep it PG-13.

While it sucks he's doing that, he should have more decency than to just start having at it in an open room like that, and expecially in a room where outsides, family and friends, etc will be in the future.

But, I guess it's his house, and he doesn't care?

I walk very lightly, it just comes natural to me, so the problem I used to have was when my dad would watch full blown adult movies in the living room. I'd have to make an effort to make noise to let him know I was on my way downstairs, so he could turn off the VCR and get decent, heh.

Eventually, I stopped caring. I'd just walk down the steps, and hope he felt embarassed that I walked in on him on my way through the living room.

I figure, he has a room that has a TV and VCR, as well as a lockable door, so why be so rude to everyone else in the house when you can do it in privacy?

Heh, my dad...left a surprise trailer on accident on the computer. But I was like "Who gives." All I did was close it out. But just to be an asshole I told him "Thanks for leaving me that surprise on Windows Media player."

His eyes went wide, and all he did was laugh. But I knew he was like "Oh fuck..."

Eh, I remember walking in on my pop once when I was younger. He was in the living room.

I can't exactly remember if he turned it off when I came in from the garage or if he just let it keep running while I asked him a question.

10 years later I find those tapes in our entertainment center. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

Interesting... Is that what it's like having a dad around the house all the time? I guess I'm missing out on some interesting stories with him not living with me and all... <.<

Hahaha, well sometimes you luck out and get a father who's just as weird as yourself.

i find this to be funny because it resonates so well with me. My stepdad is a porn freak. My mom knows this and she doesn't care. He watches porn on his laptop on the kitchen table, both bathrooms have porn mags in them, he has tons of porn videos and dvds. I guess it's just a normal thing for me.

I sympathize.
While it is normal to pay yourself attention. There are some stuff I'd much rather not seeing. Anything involve family and sex-related. I'd be happy to pretend they don't exist. *nod nod*

It's probably been said allready, but couldn't your dad find a more private room to do that in?

Yeah, god that is just... wow. I have never caught my dad watching or doing anything like that, so it's wondeful that he's private about it.

He does, however, have a small collection in his bedroom I accidently found a long while back, but I will never bring it up due to the sheer akwardness of the conversation that would arise.

Anyways, not too sure what to say to you about that Anubis. Perhaps you can use sedatives of some sort...

Studies show that:

Married men self-help more frequently than single men.
Significant other != the end of your desire problems.

edit: Of course, regardless. You SHOULD take your business in private. It is very likely that your kids don't want to know about it.

Married men and women(yes women too...) Self help (with or with out "tools") more not because of dissatisfaction with their spouse but to better themself for their spouse. I'm just going to stop now before I get modded.

I not even gonna touch this one. It's definetly demoralizing... I pity any of you who have experienced anything like this. Thankfully I haven't... Whew! *wipes sweat off face*

I can't expand on this without getting warned, so I'll just say that I agree.

I like how so many people have 'I walked in on my Dad' stories. Its a thing for everyone to share and...be scared by.

Its a Natural Human Thing to do, but a Natural Human Private Thing to do.
