I was just playing through quest 9-2 on hard mode when I came across a rare rappy. I killed him and then killed the Astark that was attacking me. After killing him, a cinema took over and the rare rappy ran away during it....man am I angry! GAH!

Are the Episode 4 rares released yet?
Or are they still on a Photon Drop only basis?
