HL not working

This morning i was logging onto pso 1n2 plus like usual but then i read on the screen your Hunters licencse need to be renewed. I do believe that it automatically bills you right? My dad checked his credit card it was maxed and it never got billed for pso? Is it my problem or theres?

Heh, if the credit card is maxed, they probably wouldn't let him get charged (transaction declined). Try using a different credit card and see if that fixes it.
