I don't know... it just seems needlessly messy to eat it butter side down. I mean think about it. You have it butter side up and you take a bite and you can flip it over so that all of the butter is soaking your tounge. And of course, because you are eating it butter side up, you can put MORE butter on and it won't fall off. MORE BUTTER MORE BUTTER MORE BUTTER! YOU CAN HAVE A WHOLE DAMN STICK OF BUTTER!
