i have a problem, HELP!!!

whenever i try to go onilne it FREEZES at the last second on the light tunnel screen.. it started doing 3 days ago and hasn't stopped... if anyone has any clue the cause, i would like to get to the bottom of this!

It didn't start.. 'cause i tried that before i even came to you guys- but i was thinkin about it and i just installed a new router for my cable internet and that would change the IP Address, Subnet Mask, DNS, and Gateway numbers.. so i updated them and blammo it began to work http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif thanks anyways
