Saito looks around for his objective...when, all of a sudden...

He sees an enemy presence and fires his gun! But before the guard could get to the alarm...

Saito's quick movement allowed him to prevent the raising of the alarm.

HEY! Anna's not slow. Plus, you know PSO. Everybody somehow has the exact same running speed.

And why didn't Anna, the guard have a gun to shoot Saito after he was spotted by the "!"?
Also, he ran behind her, instead of in front of her?
