GC PSO and 4 player mode more questions

We all know that you can play 4 players split screen but does any one know.
1) How many memory cards you need to play 4 players at once because the GC has only 2 slots?
2) Can you take your saves to other GC’s?
3) If you only need 2 memory cards does this mean when you start up you can choose from the 2 characters on the one memory card? So you can level whichever one you want to?

1) 1 memeory card can permanently store 4 charactera and temporarlily store 3. It takes 25 blocks for 4 characters.
2) I hope so.
3) Yes just like on dreamcast.
