Every month me and some friend diecide to trade our our stuff we found (some of our stuff is AR), would be trading the DB set for the Costom set, and is it good trade for the Soul Banish for the Red Partisan

In general, the Soul Banish is harder to obtain than the Red Partisan. So yes, it would be a good trade.
