Dice rolls used:
[1] ~ 20% success.
[2] ~ 50% success.
[3] ~ 30% success.
[4] ~ Number of items. (1-6, x15 for Gold)
[5] ~ Type of item.
- (1) Gold
- (2) Health Potion
- (3) Bomb
- (4) Dagger (no roll)
- (5) Magic Staff (no roll)
- (6) Quiver of Bolts (roll for bolts)

Bolt count will start at 20. You can retrieve a bolt used only if it makes a successful target hit. A quiver can hold up to 30 bolts.

True, Skorp.

And we're cowardly so we can survive when we have to kill a boss creature.

Edit: Meaning, we're not weakened by previous encounters and we can fight the big guy at close to full (if not full) strength.

After extensively training outside of the nearest town, yes. That's how I beat most of the bosses in my second playthrough of Tales of Symphonia, which I didn't finish anyway. (I am Llolette! http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif)
