Sonic the Hedgehog's Dating Blues

Last thursday, I woke up and had an idea, and made something I haven't done in 10 years. This comic was fully inspired by good old megadrive sonic games, and dreamcast sonic game tunes and a bit of gunstar heroes too.

Lol, Even Jin. That is just excellent. I love how you made the characters act like themselves. The ways the characters acted in the comics are very much like the ways they act like in the video games. It was very nice reading it Even Jin.

Well, in Sonic X he doesn't avoid Amy at all, just feels a bit embarassed. I tried to put his feelings for Amy in a mid-term here. Not too evaside, nor too "Sonic X" style.

Sorry if the comic looks too sketched, I just felt like ending the job here.

How you got the characters to really show action/movement well, was fantastic!

The only thing moderately negative about it is that I got a little lost in who was who near the end. Color can solve that perfectly, but that's just my complaining. It didn't make a big difference in the end regardless, and you said it was completed so no worries. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif (I'll look harder next time.)

And Mecha Sonic's "DOS mode" and other comments were halarious! So was the "birthday" thing Sonic said to try to make up for the picnic fiasco. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

That was really awesome. I enjoyed that alot. All the characters proportions remained very intact through out, and how many pages did you do? that must have taken a while to complete. Kudos! Hope to see more work like this in the future!

I guess it's because I'm a bit lazy, and that inspiration that makes me keep working at something only comes once in a while.

I'll do more, since I'm in summertime now, but I'm not sure about what. Besides, I always wanted to do one thing this summer that's related to art, so that can keep me busy too.
