If you are talking about legit ones, they are worth quite a bunch. Generally, they would only be tradable for other uber-rares.

If you are talking about dupes, they aren't worth very much.

It would help if you posted which version of the game you are playing.

I imagine those two items will be valued differently depending on whether you are playing GC, PSOX, or BB.
