I swear, people like to tease me or something, just because im short, My family must have NOTHING better to do. Im short(4'9) and i cant reach things, i asked them to put them in EASY TO REACH SPOTS DX

but nope, i still have to climb things in order to get the peanut butter, or other various items =/

i mean, its bad enough i Have to wash the car, i know its what im driving, and i have to keep it clean, but come on, i Have to climb the freaking thing to clean it D: the first time i washed it, i couldnt jump it =/ i mean

Me Vs. SUV

yea the SUV won, sept when i open the door and climbed from the seats -_-; i got stuck on the roof, and i had to call help T_____T how embaressing.

also, i dont get a moments rest, its early in the morning, and what do i want to do?

Err, its not good you're not getting enough sleep, but tell them this! Tell em you need to sleep.

Well in terms of safety, a SUV is somewhat better than a Geo Metro "egg car"/Mini Cooper/compact vehicle as long as you don't drive it really recklessly and think you're "invincible in your SUV" as some people do around here. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_no.gif

When I used to wash a big Chevy truck every month I had to climb a ladder and reach, and my shirt would be soaked from sticking to the car/reaching the roof. And the step ladder is years old and rusty, with no rubber base stoppers. Flimsy and felt like I would fall off.

So, find a way to get other people to wash your car, whether its a car wash station or machine run through. Easier said than done though, since your parents may not want to pay for such extra services.

PS: SUV's are getting bigger and more expensive by the year, take more gas, and people still complain about gas prices- while sitting around with an engine on/driving 70+ on the freeway, both of which USE MORE GAS.

I'm 5'2 and get teased ALL the time at school and at home. It use to get on my nerves all the time but now i don't care. I like being short. Short people are cooler and most of us look young when we get older.

*Think of it like this. The mini snickers better than the normal snicker bars. Though you get more out of a normal snickers but for the mini snickers. You keep comming for more.*

If you get teased by someone because of your height tell them "So?, and?"

Also if they keep putting things so high that you can't reach it, do what hayabusa said, hide it from them. And when they look for it,let them look for about an hr. When they give up, reveal where its at and tell them "Ha, now you know what its like to not get to things"

I'm 5'4, and everyone around here is like 5'7 and 6' so although I'm not as short as you, I understand how it is. Especially in school when your friends hold converstaions over your head.

But being shorter then everyone has its perks, you can just run through the mobs of people in the hallway. And when people fight iwth you, its easier to crouch and tackle their legs.

But an SUV? Eeek get a smaller car.

Slight issue with being short, all the pretty girls want guys taller then them. ;_;

Well they pick on you because unfortunately people relate height with strength and fortitude. One would assumue right of the gecko that you would be timid and defenless because of your height. It is up to you to show them up.

And if your working and earning some cash. Buy your own supplies and stash them that only you have access to. If they do not treat you like part of the family, then become a family of one. Also about the rides thing with short notice. Try and create a schecule that takes you out of the home before they are awake, take up running or a gym, so youll be out of the house and they can not find you to annoy you. And if you have a cell, turn it off.

And for the rides on short notice, i have made a ground rule and made it clear, "you dont tell me ahead of time, you dont have a ride" =3 and i made sure that happend, and it worked =D
