So what's with the week old HP, TP, and EXP bar to exploit users and their post points?

Also, who's idea was it, or am I hallucinating again? Ooohhh, bald alien with some skittles... taste the rainbow(not advertising for skittles).

It might help if you went to Site Related, since this is most likely going to be mentioned there, since it has to do with the site.
