i actually edited the other stickied posts to make them shorter and in actual fact this sticky doesn't take more room than the sitckies before. so yes i did think about taking up header room and took that into consideration. and yes if it isn't stickied how would the new members read it since this has veen a recurring problem lately and i decided to do something about it. other than that warchild is right i should lock this. and once the problem ceases i will unsticky this and take it away.
