Rate my Character

I have a lvl. 30 Newman hunter. The weapon's I use are: Agito, Soul Eater, and Ice Mechgun +6. I have all spells except for megid. I have played for about 30 hours only offline.I am currently going through the Caves on Hard.

Please rate my character according to time played or level.

If you were to rate well, does that mean if I started up a character parked her in a room, and then went to sleep or something or maybe went away for the weekend and it took me 72 hours to get from level 1 to level 2.. would that make me.. bad?

Alot of things affect how quickly one levels. Material finds (especially power mats) early on can really help out, or multi-slotted armor with power addons. Weapons with good %'s are another big boost.

I tend to level slowly, because I like to go to each and every single room on each and every single level and clean them out. I also play on levels that maybe are a little too easy for me, because I tend to find more useful stuff. It's not a good EXP run to take a L129 HUcast thru V-Hard Ruins with an s-rank needle, and not exactly challenging, but I always tend to find several power materials and HP mats each time through, which are the only ones I need.

So I guess it's hard to "rate" a person's playing, due to the variables in items and playing style.

Considering that you're an offline only HUnewearl... If this is the first time you're playing the game, I'd say you're doing pretty good. You may want to lose the mechguns, though, you should be able to use a better gun by now.

This is my first time through the game. I guess you can rate on a scale from 0-100. And I'm about to change from a mechgun to a railgun.

O, one more thing, what level is your mag, and how many mags r u raising

Id give you a 90 but penalty points for just finding the miracle that is.....PHANTASY STAR ONLINE this late in its run, so u get a 2, deal with it

Ok,i played alot yesterday and now I'm level 35, I beat the caves and mines and am in the ruins. I am raising two mags, One is lvl. 60, the other is lvl. 90. I got rid of the mechgun and I have a flame railgun that I use sometimes, I don't have enought ata for any stronger guns.

Once you get out of normal, you really shouldn't bother using using the special (tech-related) of a weapon.

At lv 35 you really don't belong in the ruins. I'd recommend you go back to the mines and find yourself a good dark % sword/partisan type weapon. Also, Hard mines is the place to get a s-beat's arm, so it's a good idea to spend some time there. One more thing, techs are still effective in Hard, so don't be stingy with them.

If you're a Hunter you're probably better off using hand to hand weapons as that class excels at using them.

Rangers are better suited to firearms as they have high enough ATA to make the shots count.

Right, here's another tip; Feth the LV60 mag and keep to the Lv90 mag, and keep at it 'till it's hard as nails!

Probably best to just up it's POW, it's good for hunters.

And yeah, get yourself a good Partisan/Sword with decent Dark%. And if you can blag any gear off folk online it may be an Idea to do so. Almost everyone will have an easy supply of Gold weapons like Kaladgolgs, and of course Varistas.

I am completely legit, now lvl. 45 and is having trouble beating Hard Dark Falz, I can beat anything else in the Ruins no problem, but I always get beaten in the 4th form of Dark Falz.

you should be able to beat him.... i beat him with my now level 61 HUmar at level 38. i am now in ultimate forest but i am struggling a lot... i need a good weapon!!!!
