Every time I submit new news it doesnt show up. Is the news posting slow? I submited some news but rubashal submitted the same. Do I got the option removed or something?

It's not authomatic... Every time you post your news, that news is not published. It just remains somewhere in the PSOW database.

After that a Mod or an Admin will read your news and if s/he thinks it's ok he will publish it.

Your news has to be reviewed by someone else before being published. It's not like posting a topic on this board.
