So Frink tried to look up my address/personal info through ISP/IP Address, but AOL stopped all of that. Yay, I guess.

He then asked directly for city/zipcode, and asking why he needed this info yielded no response.

So what exactly is he going to use our personal information(some taken without notice or consent) for?!

Scrub, people can pay a nominal fee to watch over other people via satellite images over the internet these days. This is not to say just go around throwing personal info everywhere, quite the contrary, just declaring a fact I know of which can scare/enlighten some.
