Hyuga sounds fabulous, and I don't mean that in a good way. *snrk* Incidentally, he sounds exactly like I expected.

Leo sounds about like you'd expect him to, too.

Tonnio is tolerable.

Lou is annoying.

Magashi sounds like a stereotypical anime villain.

Mirei SOUNDS like Yuna. *snicker* At least she's not high-pitched and squeaky?

I like Tylor's voice. No complaints there.

Liina is kind of annoying, but tolerable.

Not bad overall, but there have been more exciting casts. Well, I suppose it'll be better when we hear more of them and hear them together, but individually most of them seem nice and stock and stereotyped.

I wonder what the characters that haven't been updated yet sound like.

Incidentally, there seem to be voice actors listed for two more characters than we've seen.

Wow. As always, very little actually revealed, but it's looking really pretty! I'm concerned about the fact that the characters' lips only move along with their speech half the time, but I'm guessing that's scripting they've yet to work out. Did anyone else catch the move "Cross Hush" on Ethan's attack pallet at times?

I think a few voices can be recognised here...

Hyuga sounds a heck of a lot like Akira Ishida (Athrun Zala, Gundam Seed/Gundam Seed Destiny) while Tonnio sounds like the Romi Paku (Edward Elric, Full Metal Alchemist). Ethan's voices sound very very familiar but I just can't place it...

I breathed a huge sigh of relief that Karen actually sounds like a no-nonsense commanding officer. :3 Mirei, sounds too much like a standard miko style character though, but her voice is pleasant enough.

Can't stand Ethan's little sister's voice though... Same goes for Liina...

For those who don't know, this guy has done a ton of anime/video games roles, including but not limited to Vicious from Cowboy Bebop, Johnny from Guilty Gear XX, Gilder in the JP version of Skies of Arcadia, Chiyo Chichi in Azumanga Daioh, Onsokumaru in 2x2 Shinobuden...

and Mirei is done by one Orikasa Fumiko. Other roles include Seras from Hellsing and Chise from Saikano.

true, but im not that ignorant, i will know how to play psu, it cant be much different then pso except the ctrl's, also its not going to be brutally hard in the beginning, if it is then i'll just get w/ a group of people and it will be easier..i never died much in pso anyway and psu is just a better, new, updated version of pso pretty much except characters are different and everything is a new variety of items, weaps, etc..

I believe it's more commonly called "e-wang."

And ther's nothing wrong with doing online mode first... Some people will learn the game faster by just getting in and figuring it out themselves, while others may feel better by playing the offline game and learning things that way.

To each his own, but I'm going to take a look at the story mode first, and get used to how the game flows before even touching online, aside from character creation, and poking around My Room.
