PSO World Ship/Block/Lobby and Evasion

Ok I know the official PSO World ship is Puck block 9, but is there an official lobby too? I went to Puck 9 and found one PSO World game, v. hard http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif Just wondering if there were any other PSO World-ers on there in a different lobby or something.

Also had a question on evasion rating. Is evasion (evp) the probabilty that the monster misses you, or hits you and you block it with your shield or whatever? And is the defense rating the amount of damage you take when you get hit?

What games show up on the list dont matter what lobby your in. The people in lobby 1 see the same games as lobby 10. There just there to talk privately without having to email every 5 seconds. And the servers will put you in one if the top lobby is full.

I usually just go to lobby 1 and check the games there. Sorry to hear about LastUtopia. That must suck big time. =/
