Seriously, don't you have anything else better to do than edit every single person's "explicatives" from the forum? There is no rule against cursing on the forums, nor has there ever been.

PSOW's always allowed people to type what they want to a certain degree. I can understand if a person's post is full of curses everywhere and is just downright excessive, but this is just ridiculous. I've seen you do it in some other threads too.

If you're not going to allow this anymore, perhaps you should make a modification to the official forum rules (http://www.pso-world.com/faq.php?myfaq=yes&id_cat=9&categories=Forum) and post a news article stating that, no, cursing is no longer allowed and you may not type any curse word whatsoever.

Make sure you add that they'll get a warning and repeated offenses of typing potty mouth words or explicatives will result in a ban too.

For Christ's sake.

Watashiwa has a point, and I totally agree with him.

Actually, cursing falls under rule #3. Be sure to read up on it. In this particular situation, other words could have been used to convey spankster's reply to Tycho's off-topic question. It was a very minor incident that did not require any follow up. I'll admit there are times and places where it is ok to use such language, but it wasn't in this context.

Anyways, this topic is being locked for going off-topic. If you have any further comments you would like to make, send to me via PM.
