Is that from one of the Y collections or is it in a recent issue?

Cause I've read the five TPBs that have been released, but that's it.

It is Hebrew, I believe. I'd translate it, but I don't know what the two key words in the sentence mean. : / It might be something like:
"(not sure) this and the base/foundation/(not sure)", but I'm not sure. If you find out what Sirfi and yesod mean, I can plug it in for you.
