I can suggest a search on your Hard Drive for mspaint =P If XP's search function doesn't return it, go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel then select Add/Remote Windows Components.

Go to Accessories and Utilities, then details on Accessories, then select Paint.

Hit OK on all the windows you have open and it should reinstall itself, provided you have the Windows XP CD. =P

If it was already checked, uncheck it and hit OK to all the windows, then repeat the process again, this time checking it and it should reinstall it.
