Is a wonderful thing that happens every october. My friend was stupid enough to get hand-cuffed, by my other friends hand-cuffs, and then go up to a police officer and say "Can you help me out of these?"

But the event itself is fun.

But yeah, too bad it's been raining here, and will continue for the next week or so.
