Yeah, you can't believe how much I've been waiting for as well. But unfortunately it doesn't depend on me. I reached the point of being desperate. It goes on like this:
I ask a friend of mine for his modem. He said he would give it to me for free as it was my birthday back then. Since then, around 3 months passed and he's always telling me that he send it, he send it. The mails here in portugal are really crap. Then, since this delay was really getting it into me, I asked another guy for his modem. I asked him to send it in express mail, last Monday. But time has passed and I didn't receive anything either. I'm really trying to get in touch with him, because the other guy keeps telling me that he send it, he send it. I even said there was no need to lie, as Î would buy a new modem myself, but he send it, he send it. This story is really getting up to me, but I promise I will go online in v.2.
Unfortunately, I am tired of waiting day after day for the mailman to bring that special package, or for the mail van to pass by, for 3 months now. But to no avail.
Either the mails here are really the ass of the planet or I can't trust some people anymore. And the first guy who send me a modem was one of my best friends.
What can I do? I thought of going to the mails and complaining. But complain for what? A package which didn't arrive? They'd rain me with excuses. This is the current status of it... But I'm still waiting... waiting... and contacting them. As soon as I get news of the second guy, I'll tell you something. I'm being honest here, I'm doing everything I can.
