Is anyone else having a hard time adjusting to this? Usually it only takes me afew days to get on the new time, but my bio-clock is still as it was.

Talked to afew people in the area and they've said the same thing, about everyone they've talked to as well.

I dunno, just seems weird, everyone in the area is having a hard time adjusting. =]

With the chaotic differences between my sleep habits during the week and during the weekend, the time change had absolutely no impact on me, whatsoever. Which I suppose is a little odd.

Heh, I'm not used to it being pitch dark at around 6 or so now, then a 70 degree day turns into a 58 degree or less night within 3 hours or so.

Move to Arizona or Hawaii, and you don't have to worry about that sort of thing.

It's Daylight Saving Time, no S in Saving. ;P

I'm not having trouble at all, but you'll be in for a real treat next year when it's a month longer (March 11 - November 4).

I had a lot of trouble at first actually. >_>; But now I've gotten used to it again and I'm back to my regular schedule of getting up at 5. :3

It took me the first night to get used to it http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I guess if I still slept/woke up without an alarm clock, I'd be in trouble, but I don't (Yeah, thanks alarm clock, killing my bio-clock http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif), so I've adjusted easily to the change.

Actually, I can't recall ever having trouble changing, even when I didn't use an alarm clock...

When it occured the temperatures shot up into the mid 70s, which was causing me to wonder what's going on... then in like 3 weeks the temperatures went to regular mode which was in the low 50s and mid 40s...

I hate when it's dark a lot, it makes me want to sleep more...

I think it's just US/Canada thing. It's just a law that was passed in order to save energy. I don't know if the UK or any other country does this.

I was on holiday when it happend then when i got back it went like 3 hours different to where i was on holiday so that killed me the first few days.

Nothing a loud alarm can't fix.

There is the sense of having lost the day that I hate the most. But to me sleeping 6 hours is the same as ... sleeping 6 hours. I guess its just your mind screwing with you.

Some of us don't respond to the loudest of alarm clocks. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

Heh, last time I posted about daylight savings time last year, goku4ever there said it already happened a week earlier for him in the UK. http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif
