An Open Beta from January to February ?

If iam not wrong, all the PSO versions got an open beta? So why not psu ?

I mean, there is a lot of a time before the game is out, sega could do that for us, poor gamers who are waiting for this game since E3 2004 ^w^

I guess they are testing internally this time.

I'm not expecting a trial version now they've set the release date. You can't really set a date when you're having a beta test because you don't know what you might have to change/fix.

Rumor has it (on 2ch) that beta tests are internal. The beta test for ver 1 was for people that preordered through Sega Direct. I still have my Network Trial Edition (http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~japangaming/bn_inf.php?type=promo&id=1207). Oh, the memories.
