Sometime in October... that's about as official as it stands right now.

I heard there would be a special pre-release on October 16 I think it was.
But other then that, October 29 is all I heard.

All fingers currently point to October 29th. Some looked at the GameCube Broadband Adapter being pushed back to November as a potential delay for PSO, but the BBA seems to be a peripheral they want to release AFTER the game releases (perhaps to avoid confusion in purchasing a BBA when you need a modem?).

It's no big deal anyway. It'll get here when it gets here. How many of you remember the endless delays that we had to endure for the Dreamcast one? Every freakin' week they were pushing it back.

Finally it arrived and we all forgot about the delay. same thing will happen here. In the mean time....go play Halo.

has any one heard about the release date for the Xbox apart from being shafted by microsoft giving the japs 1st go and all i would'nt play that one to see if there is any difference

At leats theres talk of a US release, in the UK (and europe) Theres nowt but silence.
Looks like ill be importing the US version, any one know if the US modem will work on a European cube over an ADSL conection?

Yes.

Although a lot of the import places are going to ship until tomorrow because of supplier delays, and such.

Lol pushed foward...

Only thing I know of being pushed foward are a couple of movies.
