According to the official Star Trek Star Charts a M class or Terrestrial planet meets the following requirements...

Age: 3-10 billion years
Diameter: 10,000-15,000km
Location: Ecosphere
Surface: Surface water or ice is abundant but covers no more than 80% of the planets surface
Atmosphere: Nitrogen, oxygen, trace elements
Life-Forms: Extensive vegetation, animal life, humanoids
Examples: Earth, Vulcan, Cardassia Prime

What you have there is a Class J Gas Giant

I don't know your art skills are very good. It might take sometime but I am confident you could do it.

Yeah, i, P, O, and D.

Or H, r, i, and g.

Funny how that worked out, you left one g out! http://pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_nono.gif

Neptune has winds in excess of 1000MPH, best be careful lest you be blown to bits.
