HL Purchase Problems

The other day I received my order for PSO version 2. About an hour or two later, I tried to get a Hunter's License, but kept on running into an error message that said to fill in all fields. I'm positive I filled them all in, and I must have tried like 50 times. Well, I tried too get online with v2 anyway, and much to my surprise, I got on. I had loads of fun with it until about a day later (today) when I get a HL expired message when I try to get on. So, I try once again to purchase an HL, and still, I got the same error message. Has anyone experienced this problem and/or know how I can resolve it? Maybe I simply have to call sega about it? I just hope that I don't have to send the game back, because I think i'd lose my characters if I did that, wouldn't I? I don't even want to go on v1 now... it's just so... so.... featureless. =P
