Will Import PSU support English subtitles or English anythin

We currently don't know one way or the other, and are unlikely to know until we actually have the Japanese version in our hands.

The guild-cards in PSU showing a person's region, and the reports that word-select is returning, do suggest that PSU will have international play like the original PSO and Episode I&II (both of which has an English option). So that increases the chances, as does the fact that PSU has been shown running in English.

But we won't know for sure till February 16th. It should also be noted that it looks like English credit-cards may be refused, so pre-paid (NetCash) may be the only way of playing online.
