The folks over at ragol.com have published guides to getting online and getting a Hunter's License. It looks a lot easier than with the DC. None of that Dricas nonsense.

The links are:

http://www.ragol.com/pages/faq/hl.php - hunters license guide

and

Apart from the fact you need a Japanese address to get online....

Registering to get online with PSO GameCube is exactly the same as registering with Dricas through Chabsign for import copies of PSO and PSOV2. The situation's the same... aside from there being no need to download a program that spits out Japanese characters, since there's a software keyboard ready to be used, and no longer needing to download Chabsign, since it's all integrated into the game.

Parn is correct, Heres a full guide from someone at IGN who has gotten online from the US.

Please fill in:

1. name- you can put any name here in english.

2. name in Japanese- you can simply put any characters in kana here using the ascii or software keyboard.

3. mail code (zip code): find any japanese postal zip code off the net and use that. however, it must be authentic and shit.

4. address: you can simply type "a, b, c" or "1, 2, 3". it does not matter. D:

5. phone number: again, find one off the net. however, it would be best to modify it a little, just in case...

6. age: put any old thing here. however, it would be good to list yourself as above 20 years of age since you need your parent's permission to go online with the game if you're not; i'm not bs'ing (it's in the terms of service).

7. gender: first one is male, second female. choose the appropriate one.

8. email: it would be best to use a valid account, since you don't their crap bouncing back to them .

use ah king's guide to lead you through the remaining pages of the hl registration. once you get that white screen and, consequently, the blue one, you're ready to go.

note- you might get an error page. you'll know that it's an error if you try to redo the reg. form and come up with the same error screen (red exclamations and stuff). in this case, wait about an hour. your patience will be rewarded with the white and blue screens (see ah king's guide for more details).

Cool!~ This shall help a bunch ^^

And for the last f***ing time, you don't need a Japanese adress to get a hunter's licence. Just use random Kanji symbols. Besides, what are they going to use it for? Sending you Japanese junk mail? Pfft.

Is it possible to use this method if you live in the Netherlands? (like me)
I really don't want to wait for the European version.

Are there any DUTCH people that are using this method?
