6, but I clean out my inbox whenever I'm reminded by a thread like this (thank you!). Before I cleaned it it was 20 or so.

When I manage to update my sticky, it should drop to 3. That will be nice. One of them is a book suggestion, one an AIM name, and another help about a program.

120. But my main inbox folder has no more than one message from any given user. (I just delete the older one if I get a second from the same person.)

I have 200 ish and YES, everytime I send one out it counts toward my total. So it might be broken or maybe everyone else's is. HAH!

I have only deleted a few during my time here.
