I think this is the wrong way to go about this.

My suggestion... PSO World should designate a ship and block as the "official PSO World meeting place," announce it on the front page, and go from there. Any one of you staff members should pick the spot and the people will come. Just my take, anyways.

Importers from several different sites have decided to all meet at Rigel 7, so if you're looking for people who actually speak English, you might try there.
