Are you worried about your social life?

With PSU's launch looming in two [and/or possibly six, however you choose to see it] months...i'm getting nervous about how much it will cut into my lifestyle. Bars? Clubs? Business Luncheons? Will i really be able to choose the sins of the flesh over the simple pleasure of kicking massive amounts of SEED ass?

Hm...anyone else feeling this?

Nah but my friends are used to me ducking out for long periods of time due to games like this. As long as I'm around to kick their asses in Halo 2 and Soul Calibur (and the occasional card game) we'll be straight. I'm more worried about my college grades.

Of course it won't. My friends will expect to see me less of course but I'm good at multi-tasking (talking on the phone and playing whatever I'm playing). Of course I can't do anything as of now until xmas, I hyper extended tendants (who knew it was possible?)in my thumb for the second time. As of now games don't even factor into my social life.

Also, I doubt this game will affect my social life, I make sure to make time for my homies, and I'll be playing a game (baseball) a few times a week so I'll be outside for sure for awhile.

I meant I was joking about the "fresh meat" thing. I wasn't joking about the first arguement either, your post should've been deleted/sent to FKL.

You may be able to throw an invisible fake ball of death at me, but I can throw a real, hard baseball of pain at you, or just bat you down. You'll miss with your Megid ball, I won't miss with my bat though. You would be handing me your teeth, not my ass. Let's just drop this, there's no point in arguing over an arguement in the past. Hummm...I think my social my be a lil damaged when I first get it, but I'll manage. I don't do much on the weekends anyway, a party or somethin everynow and then but thats about it. I've managed between FFXI and my life so PSU won't be much different.

I've moved to a new city recently, and I don't have many friends there. I've got one who comes out on weekends, and my roomates are all pretty close to me, and I haven't really met anyone new at my new school yet. However, all the friends I have out there are huge nerds, just like I am, so my social life will remain unphased. When they're over, we usualy play various games anyways (recently, when my friends come over, he's played a james bond game while I"ve been on WoW)

HMmm internet edicate can be hard to understand sometimes. Perhaps using the smily faces would be best. I did that all the time to convey feelings in PSO.

Meh, I've figured I can't have much of a social life for another 6 and a halfish months (contrary to the common comment that seems to be appearing in this thread- until I do move and get the hell outa this dumb place. That's right, I'll have more of a social life after moving!).
