Has anyone heard about a release date on PSU in the states?

Gamestop has it set for May 1, EBgames for May 6. Really, wait until there is an official announcement about this subject though. There is only one constant about release dates: They get pushed back.

Sega of America's PSU mini-website states Winter 2006. Unfortunly theres allot of speculation that it wouldn't be possible because either the website isn't being updated as of late or because their going by the Japanese release.

In the January issue of EGM, it still has PSU slated for Febuary 2006 as seen here:

This can only mean 1 of 2 things..
Either EGM knows something we don't or they're getting a tad bit ahead of themselves.

Until ST themselves say it, dont believe what magazines or retailers say. They dont know what theyre talking about half the time. How are you gonna trust the dev over someone else? Besides, our 'Winter/Feb' deadline looms ever closer. If an official date isnt set within the next month or so, dont expect it to be Feb. Just wait & see what ST says. Thats what we're all doing...

Yeah, I sorta agree. I doubt most of the articles out are anywhere near the actual release.. and I say its incredibly unprofessional on EGM's part, giving a release date while shooting in the dark..but until we get a definitive date, shots in the dark are all we got, that and patience..

Nah, we're better off giving tons of hits to the JP PSU page. If they see we're giving it so much attention, they may be inclined to increase the flow of info & get us that much needed date much faster. We cant count on SoA to do it so we can only hope JP will.

Those magazine scans are fairly interesting. On the second page, it seems to suggest that your characters will be saved server-side. I figured that would happen for PSU, but I didn't see any confirmations for it.
