This isnt new. PSU was delayed til Mar30 for Japan & thats a spring release. So thats still accurate. Still no word on the US & other places. They speculate about spring but cant say for sure. Theyre contradicting themselves. They dont know. We dont know.

Is this March 30th date still the latest information people have? I could have sworn when I went shopping yesterday it was due sometime in mid-February. I might not have been paying attention, but if I get a chance I'll have another check tomorrow.

It would seem a little early thought to already have a big store display for a game that is being released more than two-and-a-half months (ie. nearly a whole quarter) in the future. Japanese game shops aren't exactly stuck for new titles to promote so I'd be inclined to believe it must be coming soon.

The previous release date was set to be February 16th. Unfortunately, Sonic Team changed the release date last week. The game is now set to be released on March 30th in Japan.

This just goes to show that retail stores dont know what theyre talking about. If you run into quite a few of the major stores, they claim to have gotten word from companies themselves of a particular game. If that were the case, they wouldnt feed their customers such BS info. Visitors of forums like this actually have more knowledge of PSU than the stores do.

I wandered back in today and saw they had taken down the big in-store display and replaced it with just a couple of posters advertising the new date. It would appear that the Japanese version comes with a "mini soundtrack CD" and a "visual book" - but I guess you guys probably knew that months ago.
