on planet nintendo's site they have they release date for these as end of Q4 bah!! i saw on....shyt cant remeber wot site now, videogames.onthe, something like that might be part of amazon.com...u can preorder Epis.I&II and have release date at Oct 18, butim sure thas subject to change cuz im assumming th3y will release they game and modems side by side unless they are trying to fix the duping cheat b4 release. thad be nice http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Q4 means...soon. We're now 2 weeks away from Q4.

I've already got it on my Nintendo preorder sheets. Don't sweat it.

Quarter 4 also means SUBJECT TO CHANGE soon too. Delay or coming. Gotta hate those release sheets.

4th Quarter means they estimate that it will be released in the fourth quarter of this year, but don't have an exact date.

What it means is that they're going to wait until PSO is released before they release the modems. After all, what's the point of having a modem, but no game to play it with?

It certainly couldn't hurt them to release it early. The last thing we need is to have PSO in our hands only to have an earthquake rock Taiwan and leave us all in Offline-land for a couple days/weeks.

Q4 doesn't necessarily mean that it comes out then. It is just an estimate. October 18th sounds a lot more accurate.

Bah, you guys jump the gun way too much. I'm quite sure NoA has the modems and BBAs all ready to ship. It's just that Sonic Team won't get off their asses and announce an official PSO date for the US. So Nintendo is just kinda sitting around not knowing what to do with these modems. -_-!

wouldn't nintendo itself be such a lazy developer they'd have done an onlinegame themselfes (something like chuchu rocket was for DC for example), they could have sold some of the modems allready.
(yeah i know they'd have to create the server-infrastructure from scratch and stuff but it would be a start)
