Thats not new, its been saying that for the past few months. Besides, A European release is typically following the US release, and we're not seeing it until sometime in the fall..if that at all..

Agreed. Theres no way the US ver would fall behind Europe. Thats just not how its done in the industry. I know, its not fair. If things were fair, we'd all have our game in our respective regions not too far after Japan.

I have one question about the PAL release. If it comes out on Ps2, will we be able to play it without hd? Because I don't think the hd has been or will be released in europe.

Sony & Sega couldnt come to an agreement about the HD so it was decided for it to not be used. Its good that it happened because the slim PS2s dont support the HD. So, youre in luck.

This whole release date thing is getting way to weird. Isn't it usually the US that gets the games before Europe does? unfair and Evil it may be, I've seen many a game being released AFTER the US release in Europe...
It's odd, because if it's talking about the UK release date, then that means it'd be translated to english already, which means WE'D be getting it earlier...doesn't it? lol
I'm sorry if I sound like an idiot, school has been taking over my mind, O_O

No, I agree, it would normally be released in the US first, then Europe. When games are released in Europe first, you refer to games that are designed & created there. It so happens Im waiting for such a game. It apparently came out back in Sept. & its supposed to come out here in Feb. Idk when Ill be able to get it. I just know Im expecting it.

DBZ Budokai 3 was released in Europe first, US second and Japan third; it was made in Japan though.
The same happenned with Budokai 2 and Budokai Tenkaichi (there was a Japanese release first for Tenkaichi, then Europe, then US), but not with Budokai 1 which was released in Japan first, then US and then Europe.

Formula 1 2005 (and any Formula 1 games for that matter) were released in Europe first, US and Japan second (although some weren't even released in the US).

I could mention a few more, but just saying that it's not that much of a big exception as it may seem.
Still, it's unlikely it'll be the case with PSU (as in, JP first, EU second and US third), not that I'd personally mind.

It would generally depend on developers. You gotta check the actual dev team who made the game, not just those that own the rights or slap the producer label on. It might help explain it. I know theres exceptions to the rule. Theres just usually some logical explanation behind it.

If I remember correctly, the DRAGON BALL series ended with GT...which was aired in japan years ago. It just started a year or two here, so because it's more popular over here, I'm thinking they made a good choice in sending the Budokais over here first.

But I don't see the sense in pushing the date back.

You're correct for the UK, because in France, Spain, Portugal and some others it was aired WAY before that.
US and UK were the last countries receiving Dragon Ball in any form recently, pretty much all the rest of Europe had already seen DB, DBZ and DBGT by then.

And Kimil, don't worry, a US release date also means Canada (or it tends to all the time).

Legend Of Zelda: The Minish Cap was released in Europe first. Donkey Kong King of Swing was also released in Europe first.
