is it treu that if you play ultimate that there will be new characters availeble when you have playd it through.

No. No new characters are available after you "beat" the game.

If you're talking about Dreamcast V2, then no, there aren't any.

If you're talking about GameCube Episodes I & II, then it's highly unlikely that there is, but probably nobody has beaten Ultimate on Ep. I & II, so we don't know. It would be kind of stupid on Sonic Team's part if they did.

The only thing new after you finish Ult is the ending credits show Red Ring Rico instead of you character.
