Submitting an Article

I figured out something that I think some people may find helpful, or at least interesting.

How should I go about submitting it as an article?
(Not saying what, due to I don't want somebody to beat me to it, and I've checked, there's not an article on it.

Second question, if you're talking about putting it in the site, you're best bet is putting it on the boards.

If it is a guide, you can PM a moderater about it.

I saw the submit news, but I figured, it's nothing new.
