PSU Celebration

Well, I may be getting way ahead of myself in making this thread already, seeing as how the game is very far from launch (or so we've been told).. But I was thinking- when PSU is finally up and running, we should ALL try to pile into the same lobby and designate one specific lobby or server as our main hangout for a while. Like a PSO World invasion/takeover.

Before you say "That's a stupid idea!", just think about it.

We can talk trash about eachothers rediculous character designs, check out eachothers rooms and stuff. And those of us who aren't in the same guild or faction can get the opportunity to hang out without the minor inconvenience of having to make pre-arranged plans before logging on. I'm sure that a lot of us already plan to meet up for guild or whatever planned purposes, but it'd be fun to see PSO World members pop in at random.

I took it for granted that PSOW would designate a certain server/lobby (Or Ship/block?). They had one in every version of PSO (Well... not quite sure of this but recent versions I'm sure). It'd be great to have a plan for meeting up or something like that as soon as the game comes out. I've been looking forward to meeting up with everyone here ingame.

It's going to be interesting seeing how the new city lobbies work, and how many of them there are. It might be that you actually need to designate a meeting-area now, if each city is really big.

An official PSO-World.com lobby will probably be designated a couple of days after the game comes out. We'll all need some time to figure out how to get online and what the server names are.

Awesome. I wasn't even aware that there are designated lobbies for other PSO games, so it's pretty cool to find out that something like this is already planned for PSU.

You know that fancy little banner you can choose to have up on your PSO-W account? Well most of them say the lobbies they chose to be PSO-W's. I believe the main page also tells you.

Is there something like this topic on the frontpage? Is there a common, designated server stated for PSU? If so, I didn't see it, in which case I apologize. Maybe I missed it because there's a LOT of content on the front page? But you didn't care about that, did you? You were more interested in putting somebody down. If you see something that an ill-informed person doesn't notice, then how about using it as an opportunity to enlighten them without an ignorant and condescending remark?

Unfortunately, the banners were never updated with the Blue Burst ship. We'll probably make some new banners for Phantasy Star Universe.

Well, I think its funny. Its especially funny if a person does get stressed out, even if it has nothing to do with PCs (tho PCs CAN be frustrating). I change sigs every now & then. Idk why ppl are getting suddenly worked up over this one. Ive had others before...
